Fantastic service from a true Ford expert. I honestly couldn’t recommend Rob highly enough. This was the first car I’ve bought in a long time, and as it was for my son who is learning to drive, I wanted to make sure we were buying the right car from the right person. From the moment we spoke to Rob, he was brilliant. His knowledge of the Fiesta and the engine was exceptional, and he took the time to explain everything to us in detail. No question was ever treated as a daft question, which made the whole experience feel straightforward and reassuring.
The transaction itself was completed quickly and professionally, but what really stood out was that it felt like we were buying into Rob’s knowledge, experience and ongoing service, rather than simply buying a car. That gives you a lot of confidence when purchasing a used vehicle. We’ll definitely be going back to Rob to service and maintain the car going forward, and I have no doubt we’ll be back when my son is ready for his next car. A genuine 5-star experience.
