I can't recommend Rob enough, although I did have troubles with my car he went above and beyond to sort it, as he was apologising (for something which wasn't his fault BTW) I told him things go wrong it's how we deal with it when they do and he most definitely goes against the norm for a used car dealer, buy with absolute confidence from this man!

I would highly recommend. Made up with my new car from HL Automotive today. Very impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable Rob was. HL Automotive were very welcoming and professional. I was blown away how well presented the car was on arrival, 1st class valet inside and out. The photos online really did the car justice. It was also good having a chat with Rob whose passion and enthusiasm for his company really shined through, and his knowledge and experience on Ford cars is also reassuring. There was no hard sell and I didn't feel pressured once unlike other car dealers I have experienced. I would definitely recommend HL automotive, and would 100% use them again in the future.

Excellent personal service. Just bought a used Ford Smax from Rob at HL Automotive in Warrington. The service was first class, kept us informed all the way while car was being prepared for pick up. Gave us a 3 month warranty on the car. Nothing was too much trouble and he took time to explain about the cars previous history and all the work he'd done. Reliable, friendly, honest service. I was after buying my first car, and was recommended to go to Rob, and I am so glad I did. Through out the whole experience it felt like I was buying the car from someone I've known my whole life, he's an incredibly friendly bloke who puts you at ease. And his passion for the cars he sells is evident as every car you see is in immaculate condition. And the car I bought (2014 ford fiesta, named ellie according to his daughter) runs like a dream, I've had no issues, and I am over the moon with my purchase. Above and beyond.  Cannot thank Rob enough for everything he has done. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure every vehicle is in good working order. Buying a new car can be so stressful and worrying, but Rob took all that away and made me feel at ease and showed me every little detail of the car I purchased.
